TechUI provides flexible licensing combinations, whether you are an independent developer, a startup team, or a large Independent Software Vendor (ISV), you can find a matching plan.

We adhere to the principle of "One-time purchase, perpetual license" (subscription applies only to the maintenance of distribution rights for Commerce Licenses), keeping your R&D costs clear and controllable.

Component Library Explanation:
Prime: All-in-one version, includes all components of Scifi + Base + Admin, and is deeply integrated.
Scifi / Base / Admin: Independent sub-packages, containing only domain-specific components (e.g., only Sci-Fi panels or only charts), cannot be mixed; the 6 paid components are unavailable in free mode.

Supplementary Pricing Notes

Due to various factors such as tariffs, personal income tax, exchange rates, and transfer fees, pricing in countries and regions outside of mainland China may fluctuate and will be approximately 1.5 times the price in mainland China.
If the license is authorized for use in countries or regions outside of China, but payment is made via direct bank transfer from a Chinese domestic bank, the cost may be reduced accordingly. Please contact customer service for details.
Currently, only partial license purchases for Prime and Scifi component libraries are open.

Purchase Notes

Purchase Discounts
- At the beginning and middle of each year, a certain number of discounted licenses are opened, limited in quantity and time.
Enterprise Tiered Pricing: For Commerce/Company/Project Licenses, the table displays the Standard Starting Price (applicable to SMEs).
- For medium-sized and smaller companies, the price is the starting price.
- Large Enterprises/Listed Groups/State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs): Due to massive internal system clusters, the final price needs to be calculated based on the enterprise scale coefficient.
  - Company License is usually 2 times the standard price.
  - Commerce License requires consulting customer service and will have a certain markup.
Commerce License: The initial purchase fee includes the distribution rights maintenance fee for the first year.
- Renewal for Next Year: Since a perpetual Commerce License has been issued, this fee can be reduced, paying only for "Sub-license Generation" permission and VIP technical support.
- If Not Renewed: Your enterprise's own usage rights remain permanently valid, you just cannot generate new sub-authorizations for new customers.
- Unused Sub-licenses Upon Expiration: You can pay a partial fee to extend the issuance rights of sub-licenses; consult customer service for details.
Project License: System names do not support broad/abstract definitions.

Purchase Process

Purchase Agreement
- Commerce Licenses and Company Licenses for the Prime component library require signing a simple purchase agreement.
- Other licenses do not require signing a purchase agreement.
Payment Methods
- Mainland China: Bank Card / Alipay
- Other Regions: Wise / UnionPay Card / Alipay, etc.
Invoices
- Mainland China: Personal invoices to public accounts can be issued, usually twice a year (Invoice amount and service fee payable).
- Other Regions: Custom receipts can be issued.
No Refunds
- All TechUI component libraries have an experience mode for advanced components. Please test comprehensively and confirm that it meets your needs before purchasing a license.
- Since the license is a virtual product and cannot be revoked once issued, refunds are not supported for any reason!
