Communication Groups

TechUI has a developer community. Here, you can report bugs, share your large-screen works, or discuss the mysteries of frontend graphics with other developers.

To maintain a positive discussion environment, we provide the following official channels.

Official Channels

Real-time Communication Groups

Join our developer community to get the latest updates and technical support.

Reporting Problems or BUGs

If you would like to report problems or BUGs in the component library or documentation, please send an email to the address below (fastest response).

You can also submit issues via GitHub or Gitee (response may not be as timely).

Community Convention

The TechUI community is dedicated to providing a friendly, professional, and efficient exchange environment. By joining the group, you agree to the following consensus:

🤝 Community Mutual Aid Rules (Principle)

  • Mutual Aid Mechanism: The TechUI community adopts a "peer assistance" model. Since the development team's energy is limited, they do not participate directly in daily Q&A as a matter of principle.
  • Friendly Exchange: Please maintain politeness during questions and discussions to maintain a healthy community atmosphere.
  • Respect Results: We encourage giving appropriate forms of thanks (such as red envelopes) to partners who provide solutions. Your recognition will promote a virtuous cycle within the community.

🤝 Friendliness & Respect

We come from different backgrounds and possess different technical levels. Please maintain an open and inclusive attitude:

  • Respect Differences: Everyone, from technical novices to senior architects, should be treated with equal respect.
  • Rational Discussion: Discussions regarding technology choices (e.g., Vue vs. React) should be based on facts and logic. Personal attacks, insults, or harassment are strictly prohibited.

💡 The Art of Asking

TechUI involves complex graphics and Wasm logic. To solve problems more efficiently, please follow these guidelines when asking questions:

  • Provide Context: Please include error codes or code snippets that can reproduce the problem.
  • Search Before Asking: We suggest consulting the official documentation or searching chat records first. Many common problems (such as MIME type configuration) already have standard answers.
  • Avoid "Free-loading": We encourage technical exploration rather than unpaid code-writing services.

🚫 Keep it Clean

To maintain an efficient flow of information, the following disruptive behaviors are prohibited in the group:

  • No Advertising: Posting irrelevant promotional links, "slash-the-price" requests, voting requests, or unauthorized recruitment information is prohibited.
  • Irrelevant Topics: Please focus on frontend technology, UI design, and TechUI-related topics. Avoid discussing sensitive issues such as politics or religion.

⚖️ Compliance

As a community for a commercial component library, we strictly abide by laws and regulations:

  • Protect Genuine Versions: Do not spread any content that infringes on intellectual property rights within the group.
  • Legal Compliance: It is strictly forbidden to post any business requirements that violate national laws and regulations or involve grey industries. Violators will be removed from the group directly.

🌟 Mutual Aid and Co-construction

We encourage community members to share excellent works, theme color schemes, or experiences based on TechUI development. For high-quality contributors, the official team will occasionally drop peripheral gifts or authorization discounts.
